Dear Fellow Professionals:
I would like to invite you to participate in the Twenty Seventh Annual Casa de Campo Open Professional Championship from September 20-23, 2008.
The tournament will be a 36-hole event using the modified stableford system and will be played on the Teeth of the Dog and Dye Fore. The Teeth of the Dog continues to improve year after year and will be in great shape for the tournament. On Sunday, September 21 we will have a pro-am and your participation is mandatory. The individual portion of the championship will be played on Monday and Tuesday. If you can stay until Wednesday, Brian Shaver will invite us to play at La Estancia, the new course by P.B. Dye which is only 15 minutes away from Casa de Campo. A twosome best ball will be the format.
I have prepared special packages for the professionals and they include: deluxe accommodation for 3 or 4 nights, one transportation cart per room, breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, unlimited drinks in all hotel bars and restaurants, drinks at the Oasis bars and carts on the golf courses during the two official tournament rounds, unlimited green fees and carts on the Teeth of the Dog, Dye Fore and Links, unlimited range balls, club storage, tax and service charge. The purse will be $7,000.00.
