Registration Agreement:

Upon receiving my application the Golf Office of Casa de Campo will contact me for my credit card information. A $100.00us deposit will be charged to my credit card after August 1st and on Sept 10th 2010 and the balance of the entire package. After September 10^th,2010, if I fail to cancel or do not show, a $300.00 cancellation penalty will be deducted from the total cost of the package and the balance will be refunded.
